- Answer Don't know why answerer said no as it obviously comes with a keyboard unless Best Buy has the wrong picture. The pen is probably optional but they might throw it in for free or a reduced price. You may not know this but some items best buy sells are negotiable in price. In addition if you can find the exact same item at a lower price online or locally they will match it if it's one of the competitors they have listed. You never know till you try.

QuestionI have a 2 year old Surface Book 2 that will not turn on. Geek Squad has been no help just saying that they can not work on Microsoft computers. So please tell me how they can "recondition" one for sale?

- Answer Because the geek squad person may be wrong and doesn't have the information correct. In addition Microsoft techs can do things that Geek Squad can't because it is Refurbished by microsoft or a microsoft authorized service center. I don't know why Geek Squad can't work on Microsoft products because a lot of people buy Microsoft at Best Buy.
