• A:Answer The operating system is Windows 10S, which does not allow any programs/games to be installed outside of what's available in the Windows Store, however, you can upgrade it to the standard Windows 10 and that will allow you to install other programs/games normally. So, yes, you can play games, but keep in mind this is a base model and won't have fantastic gaming performance. It's all depending the games are and what hardware requirements they need.

• A:Answer I would say that it is decent for a beginner; not really good or bad. But If you plan on having the device for a while, get the higher speced one. The complie times will be slow because of the processor. The RAM might be an issue, but that depends on the IDE you use, why kind of web development you plan on doing. Storage is only 128, so that might become an issue later on if you don't use cloud storage or bring along a portable external SSD with you.
