“Does it have a memory card slot? Some Surfaces don't have a lot of extra slots for memory cards to add storage. Does this have one? And can you hook up a wireless mouse and a back up drive to it? It only says one USB port but 6 other ports. Very confusing.”

The Surface 3 has a Micro-SD card slot, a single USB port, a AUX jack, a charging port, and a Surface-specific product port - such as surface port to ethernet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Micro SD card slot for the Surface 3 is underneath the fold out stand. It took me a while to find it too, but it is indeed there. I have a 265GB Micro SD card working in mine.
