Watch Surface book tear down and you will see that is too hard to change any hardware component on the surface book
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No it is not. The RAM is soldered to the board so by design is not upgradeable. For more RAM you would need to get a Surface Studio, which is a desktop version. (e.g. not portable.)
