Yes, find a usb type c hub with ethernet either here or elsewhere and off you go!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just like any other laptop. I use either a Surface Hub with ethernet connection or a USB C dongle-style hub with an ethernet port. Shows up as a normal computer on a network. If you get the right USB C hub with a charger pass through capability, you can use a USB C charger at the same time. Now, I'm sure there are some ethernet adapters that will have issues, and I've heard some issues with a Surface Pro adapter, but my 3rd party USB C hub and the Surface Hub work just fine.

Just make sure if you are looking for an adapter that it is compatible with the specs and OS of your device.
