“Will these work equally as well if using on other Windows 10 PC's that aren't Surface products?”

Works really well with iOS 14 and my windows 10 laptop. And you can pair two devices. Or plug them in and anc still works with power on.

Thank you for the question. Surface Headphones 2 connect via Bluetooth 4.1 or later and are compatible with Windows 10, Android 9 or 10, and IOS 12 or 13.
