• No it does not. This is solely a laptop. You may want to look into a surface pro.

• The answer would be no if you would read the specifications you would clearly see that this is not a tablet and is clearly a laptop, don't be lazy take the time to fully read why would you ask a question you could answer yourself that's pure lazyness.
