No, the keyboard and pen are optional and sold separately. For the price you would think it should be.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. The keyboard cover is sold separately. Too bad, because I believe most folks use this primarily as a laptop replacement instead of a tablet. It is compatible with any keyboard that works with the Surface Pro 3 or 4, but not the original Surface Pro. I've attached a couple of options but they come in all kinds of colors. Hope this helps.
