• 128GB is more than enough. I can't vouch for Norton, but I am running McAfee without any noticeable lag.

• Yep, you will still have a lot of space leftover after these installs. The sluggishness associated with standard hard drives is virtually eliminated on the tablet. It uses a solid state drive that is much faster than standard drives.
