- Answer Yes you can. It comes with Windows 11 Home. I purchased a Windows 11 Pro key from Best Buy. Inputted the key in Windows. The system had to download some additional componets from Microsoft, but after that was done I had Windows 11 Pro

- Answer Not sure what you mean by "pdf's" but yes you can use a stylus. It functions the same as a mouse and is actually more useful, to me anyway.

- Answer The SSD is soldered onto the mainboard. You wont be "swapping" anything. Some models have provisions to add an SSD, but that will not contain the OS.

- Answer No, not include pen and keyboard they must be purchased separately. You can get Microsoft 365, Copilot, Xbox games with it and another features like a normal computer.
