Can Windows Office software be added? null

This is only an accessory for the Surface Pro 3 and, no, there is software. I wish MSFT would give at least a break on software with a hardware purchase. I have noted and posted about this because they give free or limited suite of software to other manufacturer users.

This product is a keyboard only. It connects to a Microsoft Surface tablet. Microsoft Office can be added to the tablet itself.

Absolutely. It's a full version of Windows. You can download and install anything you want, or use the app store for apps like a tablet. Best of both worlds. PC laptop and a tablet.

I install Office 2013 "Home and Business on mine with just an unlock key. I think it just unlocked the office 365 to become the office 2013, since there was no downloading.

The surface is a full windows 8 PC. Assuming that the SSD is large enough you can add Office to it. We have Office installed on ours.
