“What is the battery life? I want to use this for extended periods of time. How long will the battery go between charges? I don't want to have to have it plugged in while I work. That defeats the purpose of a wireless keyboard.”

I bought this thing months ago. I have yet to charge it once.

Please try again later.I don't have an exact answer, but I purchased it over a month ago, it came charged, and with a few days worth of use and storage in my backpack, it still has a charge. I haven't had to plug it in yet. When you fold it up to put it away it automatically shuts off which really conserves battery time.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is no battery. It connects via magnets and will work as long as your Surface has battery life. No charge needed. Only thing needing charge for it to work is the Surface.
