QuestionI am upgrading from Windows XP Pro 32-bit to Windows 10 Pro 32-bit using this OEM disc and key code. Should I start over with a new hard drive? I would like to keep my current hard drive intact just in case there are software compatibility problems.

- Answer it does not matter what kind of hard drive you hae you might have to reformat it and then put the new operating hard drive on but it can be done very esally thanks Paul

- Answer No, it’s a DVD and the accompanying literature is clearly stamped OEM version with instructions for installation.

QuestionI read that this OS can replace a windows xp 32 bit. I currently have a windows xp 32 bit, Sony Vaio VGN-N130G. The reason i say this is because my laptop will no longer read DVDs or Cds, so if i buy this OS can it be downloaded by boot-up?

- Answer Microsoft 2003? You mean office 2003? If this is what you mean then no it will not work. You need a 64-bit OS to run 64 bit software.

- Answer The Surface Go comes preinstalled with Windows 10 in S mode. You don't need to purchase Windows 10. - Answer This can serve as an upgrade for Windows XP 32-bit. The 64-bit edition will also support older 32-bit games and applications as well.

- Answer This is the OEM version. It's used by professional PC builders, people that build PC's and sells them to their customers. If you're building your own PC for your personal self, do not get this version otherwise you'll get bloatware installed onto your system. Get the Retail version.
