A:AnswerIf you have a problem with the install of the Full Retail Version you can call Microsoft for help. If you have any problems with the OEM version you are on your own. It is assumed it was installed by someone who will provide support.
A:AnswerIt is advertised 'for one computer' which insinuate's it is OEM. If it lets you load on another device, it's probably retail. I haven't tried to load it on another device. I did not do a back up before loading because my computer was brand new. I simply wanted to do away with Windows 365 cloud version. Hope this helps.
