Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can do it a few different ways. You can go through your xbox console under profile & system, settings, account, subscriptions. Or the way I do it is on Microsoft's website under my Microsoft account (should be the same email you use for Xbox). Should be under Services & subscriptions And mark your way to turning off recurring billing
