You can do it a few different ways. You can go through your xbox console under profile & system, settings, account, subscriptions. Or the way I do it is on Microsoft's website under my Microsoft account (should be the same email you use for Xbox). Should be under Services & subscriptions And mark your way to turning off recurring billing

You should be able to cancel through either your Microsoft account, or going into the website and signing in and canceling just like any other service!
