You need to READ first bru bestbuy com clearly stated that there wpuld not be in store pre orders.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is just a guess but they probably didn't want to do in store preorders for fear of a line forming. Social distancing and wearing of a mask probably isn't enough for BestBuy,they might have wanted to do away with taking orders inside a store this year. For safety reasons.
