Midland does not release official statements regarding the technical specifications of our handheld radios due to Intellectual Property rights and the competitive nature of the business. Further, there are many variables with individuals testing that can affect the results. Our radios go through standardized testing as required by the FCC for legal operation and that documentation is available to the public on the FCC website.
