• My guess is around 25 lbs. You raise/lower the shelves using a screw knob on each side - loosen, adjust, tighten.

• To lift/lower the trays, there are 2 screw-knobs on both sides - you have to loosen then, then change the tray height and while holding it there, tighten the 2 screw knobs. Weight - not sure, but 2 normal adults can easily lift it if necessary - though the wheels do work - though not exactly very smooth.
