Call Cricket and have them give you your account number and password. Give this info to Mint. On the same call, tell Cricket to remove IMEI restrictions from your phone. Then good to go.

Simply input your phone’s brand and model OR your phone’s IMEI number and we’ll let you know if we’ll be a great fit. You will be able to transfer your number over during activation. Just select "Transfer My Number".

They'll say they can port your number in but they never could mine, their tech support and customer service are a nightmare, I ended up just out $95, do not recommend trying.
