• A:Answer I have had nothing but issues with this phone since I purchased it. And best buy isn't doing anything at all. They won't fix it, they won't return it, and they won't even send me a different phone. I wish I never bought it. And I don't know what to do about a phone I have that I'm paying for that doesn't even work!

• A:Answer Good question as there were 4 years in which the phone was produced. Mine was the 2018 model. The difference being that the 2018 model has vertical placement on the camera & flash apparatus on the obverse side the phone. This effects the type case that will fit the phone.
