- Answer Hello and thank you for reaching out. The Emergency Alert System without a subscription will only send a notification to the mobile device. With the subscription, you will be required to fill out location information, medical information, and emergency contacts. This is so that when the button is triggered the Support Monitoring Rep will be able to reference this information in case of an emergency. NOTE** If you are the caregiver we recommend that you download the MOBI app and pair the devices to your phone then give the button to the patient. Also the Gateway HUB MUST be paired to the WiFi at the patient's address.

Questionwill this camera connect to an unsecured newtwork for the wi fi. I cannot use other because they are required to have a secured network. Thank you

- Answer Hello Chris, thank you for reaching out to us. The MobiCam requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network in order to operate as designed. Without a solidified connection to a 2.4GHz WiFi network the MobiCam will not operate properly.

- Answer Hello and thank you for reaching out. If the RV trailer has a 2.4GHz WiFi network to connect the device to, it should work as operated. Connect your mobile device to the same 2.4GHz WiFi network you are pairing the device to, open the MOBI App, Add the device and follow the steps in the App to properly connect the device to the WiFi.

- Answer Hello and thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, our current line of MobiCam doesn't have a voice detection feature. However, we do have our HDX-SK model that does perform motion tracking. This is any motion detected within the surveilled area.

Questionwant to use this to monitor my dog whom my mother says whines while I'm out. Is there a long lag time when viewing the live video and hearing audio: I want to immediately 'talk' to my dog if needed to calm her. Are there app feed start/stop issues?

- Answer Hello and thank you for reaching out. There are usually only delays in the audio or picture quality when there is an issue with the Wifi. When the Wifi speed doesn't meet the requirements needed for the MobiCam to operate as designed. The recommended WiFi download speed is a minimum of 20 Mbps, and the recommended upload speed is a minimum of 10 Mbps. For the best quality, we strongly recommend having a 40mbps download speed and an upload speed of at least 10Mbps to ensure flawless use, as our cameras offer HD live streaming. Our cameras will function on as little as 20mbps download speed with some delays in audio and video.

- Answer Hello Conrad, thank you for reaching out. The MobiCam is equipped to operate either way. You can mount it with the mounting pieces included with it, or you can sit it on the shelf and it will surveil the same.

- Answer Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. Limited content is stored on the device without a Micro SD card or a subscription to our Cloud service. How much depends on whether the mobile device records all 24 hours or just on scheduled events. For the content that is recorded, you do have the option to play back the footage.

- Answer Thank you for taking the time to reach out! In short, yes! Users can mute their MobiCam's audio at any moment if they choose to only watch their MobiCam using the video function. Simply tap on the 'speaker' icon on your screen, while viewing a MobiCam, in order to turn on/off the MobiCam's audio. Additionally, the MobiCam's microphone is muted by default, and all you would need to do is tap the 'microphone' icon to turn your MobiCam's built-in speakers either on or off.
