Hello Dovie, thank you for reaching out. Cloud Storage is a recording option for "motion-detected" activity that the camera picks up. There are multiple Cloud Storage Plans available depending on the amount of MobiCams that need the service and the number of days you would like to save your content. Please feel free to contact our Support Team at (323) 904-3000. We are available Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST. After pairing your device(s), the Cloud Storage service should make itself available. You will select the shield with a plus sign on the "homepage" => Select "Services" => Select "Cloud Storage"
