• A:Answer Hello Dee, the MobiCam will simply surveil the room it is placed in without either a subscription to Cloud Storage or a Micro SD card. Though Cloud Storage is not required, it is an option to record content with the MobiCam that can be played back according to the plan terms that you purchase. With a Micro SD card you can choose to have 24-hour non-stop recording or motion-detected recordings that can be played back according to the storage space available. MobiCam is compatible with any standard Micro SD card that is 16GBs to 128GBs.

• A:Answer When unbinding the MobiCam, when you send a request we do ask that you allow 1-2 business days for processing. This usually is processed in less time. However, if you don't provide all the required information it will prolong the processing of your request.

Q: QuestionIf using the cloud storage does it automatically record when there is sound or motion? How much is the cloud subscription?

• A:Answer Hello Dovie, thank you for reaching out. Cloud Storage is a recording option for "motion-detected" activity that the camera picks up. There are multiple Cloud Storage Plans available depending on the amount of MobiCams that need the service and the number of days you would like to save your content. After pairing your device(s), the Cloud Storage service should make itself available. You will select the shield with a plus sign on the "homepage" => Select "Services" => Select "Cloud Storage"

Q: QuestionThe 4 of us want to check on our kitty while we are away. Can we have this app downloaded on our phones and all be notified with any "sounds" at the same time? We have 2 android & 2 apple users in the home.

• A:Answer Hello, thank you for reaching out. This device will allow you to share the device with up to 50 users. The administrator will download the MOBI App, create an account, and then pair the device to their account. Any additional users will also download the MOBI App and create their own account setting their own credentials. Once done they will provide the "administrator" with the emails used to create their accounts. The "administrator" will then go into their account and share the device with each user and the device will automatically appear in the user's account. Q: QuestionDo these allow continuous stream? For example can I stream on my phone while sleeping so I can hear if one of my kids is crying and the camera not lose connection or stop streaming? What about streaming more than one camera at the same time on one phone

• A:Answer Hello Chuck, the MobiCam pro does have the two way audio feature. You will need to have the MOBI app open in order to access this feature so yes with the MOBI App open you should be able to hear your kids crying. Q: QuestionCan this be used for the elderly as well? For example, could my elderly mother activate it by simply saying, "Hello, I'm awake and ready to get up," and my father would hear her through the app on his phone while in another room?

• A:Answer The cameras only work at the 2.4 ghtz frequency. You mentioned you had a 5ghtz. All 5ghtz routers are backward compatible. Hope this helps

Q: QuestionWe're looking for a monitoring system for our pets when we travel. Can this be used in hotel rooms so we can keep an eye on our pets? Are there any issues connecting these to hotel WiFi that use log-in pages? Are there distance issues for monitoring?

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for reaching out. When pairing the MobiCam to ANY WiFi the device needs a 2.4GHz network to operate. If the hotel doesn't provide this you will run into a connection issue and the device may not pair as instructed on the MOBI App. FYI most GUEST WiFi's are usually 2.4GHz.
