• Yes, you can do esither at any best buy. If no rexipt just give them the date of teansaction and they can look it up.

• Sorry to hear that within a short time it's broke,anyways if it under 14 day u can return or exchange ,if it's normal wear

• Yes. You just need your receipt. If you bought it with your Best buy card the reps can look it up on their end.

• If you kept your receipt, you should be able to get Best Buy to replace it. If you didn't, if you charged it to a charge card, that might help you prove to Best Buy you bought it there and, in that case they might exchange it for a new one. Good luck.
