Take it back to where you bought it providing you still have the packaging or receipt. If not, you may have to buy a new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same one & it frayed in two months. The store refuses to take it back. Even though it's manufactured by B,Buy. It makes no sense. They really don't want to honor their own products manufactured by them. You have to call the #800 & give them the date of purchase. Or they can look it for you. They have to send you a gift card. Don't buy that brand anymore. Their return policies have deteriorated badly. At least in Radio shack they offer extended warranty & returns are no problem.
