You would need to take the unit into Geek Squad at your local Best Buy for warranty review if you are within that timeframe.. If you have a copy of the receipt take that in with you, if not they may be able to pull up your proof of purchase in the Best Buy system.

I would recommend contacting the manufacturer if you haven't had it for over a year and see if they'll change it out. In fact, Best Buy might exchange it for you if the manufacturer allows for in-store exchange through their manufacturer warranty.
