• Yes. Depends more on how far you are from broadcast towers. Closer the better.

• It works perfectly for me mounted on the wall next to my center channel speaker. Probably about 8-10 feet away from the windows.

• It probably will if the TV towers are in the direction on the other side of the window. Use one of the internet sites to determine what direction the TV towers are located from you.
