“Can anyone tell me what gauge this wire is please?”

• I wanted to know this answer myself and sent an email to Monster via their webpage and was told the wire was 16 gauge.

• Per Monster Cables own customer service, on their site they answered for their "Black Platinum CL Rated Monster XP Clear Jacket Speaker Cable": "CUSTOMER CARE A: 16 awg Answered on 9/30/2015 by Monster Customer Support from Monster HQ"

• There's no way of knowing, but it's probably close to spiral stranded 16awg wire. They don't like to be open, because it opens them up to questions about WHY they feel they can charge what they do for their products.
