You just go to the store and it’s connected to your phone number and they replace it and I a little late now but good to know

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you still have a warranty left, let them know about the batteries and see what they say. Doesn't hurt to ask. And as these batteries are lipo they should have a year on them from manufacturer aswell. May have to contact DJI on that one. But doesn't hurt to ask best buy.
