Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can still exchange it at Best Buy if the case is under warranty. I had a mophie juice pack helium case that broke on the side where the volume rocker is. It was still within the one year warranty so I took it back to Best Buy and they no longer had my case so they let me get a mophie juice pack air case no questions asked!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.BB is an authorized reseller of Mophie and Mophie is very easy to deal with. All they will do is request a receipt for proof of purchase and they will issue you a RMA number. Turn around is about a week.
