“Is this device not supported by iOS7?? After updating my iPhone 5 to iOS7, I am receiving an error message on my screen that says this device is not supported. Is it because of the software update? It worked just fine with iOS6. Has anyone else had this issue?”

• I have seen this issue with other iPhones and it turns out to be the cord itself.

• It has nothing to do with the upgrade, the juice is near the end of its useful life, get ready to replace... I have been using these batteries for 4 years and what you are seeing is very typical of the battery. A shame since they cost so much.

• Usually goes away if I unplug, then plug it back in. But it IS annoying.

• its because the iPhone.mine does the same thing.u have to use the lightning adapter that comes with the iPhone.if u don't it says device not supported.u can use the usb to charge it just not for iTunes,etc...

• A quick check of the Apple and Mophie sites resulted in a LOT of similar threads. No solutions posted except to contact Mophie directly for potential warranty replacement. The good news is, your issue is not isolated. Bad news is there doesn't appear to be a cause and solution identified yet. My Mophie is working fine with my iPhone 5 which was upgraded to IOS7 on day 1. It worked fine on IOS6 and hasn't given me any problems since (fingers crossed it stays that way). Good luck.

• I just updated my phone to iOS 7.0.2 last night (10/5/13) and the Mophie juice pack plus still works just fine for me.
