Q: Does it come with a screen protector?

A: No it does not.

Q: What about the error message on my screen stating, "This device is not supported"?

A: happens to me time to time from what i can tell it seems to be a connection if you remove phone clean mophie inside and phone then inspect contact points and clean at phone and on mophie where the 2 halfs come together reinstall phone in larger half of case and make sure phone is firmly inside then install second half pushing both parts together and firmly to phone and make sure switch is in the on position

A: Yes, they include an adapter, about 4 inches long.

Q: There does not seem to be an on/off switch with this Mophie model. How do you prevent it from draining down if you cannot turn it off when fully charged?

Q: Does this product come with a headphone adapter?

A: Yes, there is an adaptor, however you can push the iPhone headset further into the mope and they work fine.

Q: Is this device not supported by iOS7??

A: I have seen this issue with other iPhones and it turns out to be the cord itself.

Great with a couple of possible flaws
The product does exactly what it says--gives extra battery life and ensures that you'll make it through the day without worry of your phone going dead. And you can charge your phone and the extra battery all at the same time. If you had the Mophie juice pack for iPhone 4, you'll find a couple of improvements in this version, one being that battery charges without a bright light to light up your bedroom at night. Additionally, the battery has an on/off switch so you can choose when it is charging your phone. Two drawbacks: 1) if you want to sync your iPhone to your computer, you'll either have to sync wirelessly, or else remove the juice pack in order to plug in the iPhone connector (the cable that plugs into the battery has a different plug and it won't communicate with your computer; it will only charge your phone and battery). 2) The instructions brag that the juice pack does not block access to any ports, camera, etc. and this is technically true. However, the pack extends away from the phone on the end with the headphone port. This means that a regular headphone plug is not long enough to reach through the hole leading into the headphone port. To alleviate this problem, the phone comes with a special long-point adapter that plugs into the headphone port and you can plug your headphones into the other end. However, this adapter is VERY losable (I've only had my mophie for about a month and I already don't know where this adapter is) and it isn't practical to leave the adapter plugged in all the time. If you lose the adapter or don't have it with you, then you'll have to remove the juice pack case in order to plug in your headphones.

Does exactly what it says it will
Overall a great product. It's great to not worry about having to charge your phone, just turn on the mophie and the phone is fully charged very quickly. I have not had it long enough to rate the durability. It does get very warm while it's on and the button to turn it on is a little difficult to use.
