Where is the code for Shao Kahn for MK 11. null

I am waiting for mine as well. I picked up the game and pre ordered it but I received no insert with a code. My receipt mentioned that we should receive a separate email with a code attached. Still waiting

Yea I preordered the premium edition and no code ??!

Apparently they are having issues getting these codes out to us because I too have not received any codes for Shao Kahn. I suggest to keep calling 1-888-217-8289 or 1-888-237-8289 until they give us one. They told me they will email me and it has been two days and nothing. Checked both inbox and spam.

Same thing blank email and still no code.

I also haven't recieved a code. Just a blank email with no subject.
