• I'm using same one on Comcast here in Knoxville Tn. and If I were you Id set up a user id and password and write it down somewhere- if you want to later go into some settings or anything and to keep it secure-it does have a default setting tho if you don't want to use ur own.

• I assume that Comcast owns both Spectrum and TWC. If so , then this unit works with Comcast. A Geek Squad agent installed the unit. You would need to ask him about a password. Branden Maser was the Geek Squad agent who installed the unit in question.
