• Yes. It is completely compatible. When you plug it in, you must call Time Warner Cable's internet support line. They will ask you for the MAC address. It is printed on the bottom. Within five to twenty minutes, your modem will be provisioned by TWC and it will work great. I am regularly seeing 240 mb/s with mine.

• This modem is compatible with TWC services. I purchased it to take advantage of the higher speeds.
