• Don't have AT&T. Check with their approved devices list on their web site or ask customer service. This model is only a modem: no wifi. I believe Motorola sells another unit that is both, but I prefer separate devices.

• AT&T U-verse is not Cable Internet, and this is a Cable Modem. It will not work with U-verse, but will work on Time Warner/Spectrum, Contrast and other Cable internet providers. It's only a modem, and not a wifi router
