Will this work as a modem with AMPLIFI instant WiFi? null

There should be no issue. I use Google Wifi mesh for my own set up. So long as AMPLIFI has an ethernet port for WAN, it should connect to this modem with no issue. Please note though, if you have a 1Gbps internet connection, this modem is only capable of up to 686Mpbs. But if you have 500Mbps or lower internet, this modem should have no issues with your set up.
