- Answer If you have a place like Batteries + you can take it there and they might be able to replace the battery. They do offer this service for cell phones like this.

- Answer This phone does not have the removable battery, but I used it for 2 1/2 days without charging. I just got the phone and have been using it at work as well as learning how to use it when I wasn't working and the battery still lasted that long. My old Samsung S3 would last maybe 10 hrs.

- Answer I took my phone to AT&T and they transferred the info I had on my old sim card and gave me a new one for the Moto for free. I believe it normally would be just $5.00.

QuestionRepublic Wireless' website says the model number should be XT1775 and unlocked for North America to fully work. I don't see that model number, but the information here indicates that it will work with all networks. Will it really work with Republic?

- Answer I bought this phone a few months ago. the model # on the box is XT1775. I use it with Republic and it works very well. I also bought a SD card to go with the phone. You have to open the phone to install the sim card, so I installed the SD card at the same time.

- Answer This phone is not listed on Cricket's list of WiFi Calling phones, so it probably won't work. It will work for regular calling on ATT, Metro PCS, and T-Mobile. If you have a BestBuy store near you, they can help you set up the new phone.

- Answer Talked directly with NET 10 associate a few days ago regarding their plans. I was told that you can only use their full minutes, data, text plans with any smart phone. You cannot use for instance, a $25, 1000 min. card to replenish for the next month. You will have to use at least their $35 per month plan.
