QuestionHow do I transfer pictures from this phone to my lap top? The cable that came with the phone worked one time and after that, my laptop does not recognize it. I am not getting the "allow this device" like I did the first time. Thank you in advance.

- Answer There is an app which you can install on the phone and your PC (Windows, don't know about Macs) which enables transferring data (photos, mail, texts, ...) over Wi-fi. It's called "Link to Windows" on the phone and "Phone Link" on the PC. You can get one from Google Play Store and the other from Microsoft store - both are free.

Questionso this phone is unlocked but what service towers will it get its service from? And is it compatable with straight talk as i dont want features to be removed from it as the staighttalk one would be.

- Answer An unlocked phone is not tied to a particular service provider. When you put your SIM card in, and your phone connects to a cell tower, the info on the SIM card identifies your service provider. If the tower has that provider available, then you will connect and be able to use it. If the tower only has different providers, then you will not be connected to their network. So, if your provider is Straight Talk, and you put your SIM card from them on this phone, then you should be able to connect to the Straight Talk system.

- Answer The screen is very bright, I cannot say that I have tried it at high noon direct sun, but I have used it outside with no problems. As I write this, I'm standing in my back yard with the sun shining full on the display, and it is very readable.

- Answer Regarding Moto G Power cell phone: Yes, It can be activated with TracFone as the Carrier / Service Provider. If you buy the unlocked version, you could activate by choosing from several Carriers, or change to an alternate Carrier, later, if desired. The unlocked phones probably cost more, because they are not subsidized by a captive Carrier, who will not allow you to take your cell phone to another Carrier / Service Provider. To be safe, you should always check with your desired Carrier / Service Provider, to be sure that they support the exact phone that you want to purchase. Do your research carefully and thoroughly. - Answer I just replaced a Moto E phone at the store with a new unlocked Moto G Power. I am on an ATT pay-as-you-go plan. Had to buy a new SIM card ($10) as the old one did not fit the new phone. The clerk replaced the SIM and activated the phone for me on the same plan, same phone number. HOWEVER as it was explained to me, one may not get the "activate now" price UNLESS one is starting a new ATT plan with a new phone number, Still, I thought it was a good price for the quality of the phone.
