Q: QuestionI bought one of these phones from Best Buy in November 2020; yesterday I haven't been able to recharge the phone. Before I buy another phone can someone tell me what type of cable I need to buy to charge my phone? Does it need to be a Motorola cable?

• A:Answer It uses a USB Type-C 2.0 cable. More likely than a cable problem is charger problem. At a store, you might be able to find out if your current charger is working, or if a new one will work with your phone. The one supplied with the phone is model SC-41 (or possibly SC-4I (letter i, but upper case) - it's very hard to read. That is a 2A charger.

• A:Answer Both the regular and selfie cameras can zoom up to 8:1 for video. You can zoom in or out while recording with a pinch motion on the screen. The same holds for photos, too.

• A:Answer It does have dual speakers - one at the top of the screen and one at the very bottom next to the charging port. They are supposed to be Dolby tuned. Four settings: smart (which is automatic), music, movie, and game. I haven't had the phone very long, so I can't vouch for the quality in the various settings, but it's nice to have the options. Looking forward to some great sound. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer This phone is both CDMA and GSM capable. Whether it will work with a specific carrier though is a question best posed to that carrier. Most carriers have compatibility checkers on their websites, so if you can get an IMEI number for a specific phone (at a store, say), you might be able to use one of those. It is single SIM only.
