• Yes it works with Verizon (if you don't have the correct size SIM card you can get one from Verizon). Not sure about 4G or 5G. And it does include wall charger and cord.

• Yes - it works with Verizon and you can get a new SIM card if needed from Best Buy or Verizon directly.
