Yes, I had a difficult time getting the correct Sprint sim however. Had to specifically request they send me a SIMOLW416TQ which activated with no issues. If their local service centers were open it would probably been easy with a knowledgable tech but online and phone support only wanted to tell/give me what they showed in their system.

Please try again later.I know this question was already answered, but wanted to give an update for others to see The SIMOLW516TQ Does work on the Sprint network with this phone! The 416TQ is no longer available, or so I've been told. If you have a Boost account with Sprint, it's easier to go to a Sprint store to get this SIM card, since the Boost stores are not setting this up correctly. Plus Sprint is giving these cards away and setting up phone for free, while Boost is selling them for $25 and will charge for setting up the phone for you.
