“Boost mobile-- just got this phone, got the SIMOLW516TQ from the Sprint Store, but can't activate it, ICCID issue. Boost rep says I need a 5g sim card and then an extended network sim card, that I can get from a boost store? why isn't this working?”

• I bought mine at Best Buy, but since my service is through t mobile, I had to take phone to them to put new sim card in and they charged me $20 or $30 just to do 2 minutes of service. I never saw him ring it up either
