• This phone is unlocked, which means that it will work with any of the common mobile service providers. Yes, it works with T-mobile. You will need to get the SIM from T-mobile. I'm with T-mobile and discovered when trying to use their website to set up prepaid service that their system wouldn't recognize the phone's IMEI number. I went to a T-mobile store, which happens to be near me, and the store rep was able to set up the service with no issues.
