“my provider is Metro Pcs and had this phone for about 8mos now, but in the past 2mos the mobile internet won't work. took it to the metro dealer and they changed the sim card and reset to default settings and still no mobile internet.. any suggestions?”

I've had the same issue at times. When it happens, I'll try restarting the phone. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... Good luck!
