A:AnswerFonelover - Both my roommate and I have been using unlocked phones on Verizon's network for almost 6 years (Moto X1, Kyocera Brigadier). Neither of us have had a problem with voicemail notifications on any of our phones and when I had Visual Voicemail on my Moto X1, it worked fine. I don't know what other cloud features you might be referring to, so I can't speak on those.

Only a few ways to undo that and it has to be done by repeatedly getting password wrong and that can take 1 hr or so and that's no guarantee I've done it before on one of my phones and another way I'm not sure about is take it to a tech expert shop and see but honestly your SOL that's really wrong they did that to you
