• Both! The phone is unlocked for all major US networks and can be taken to any of them. I personally use this phone with Net10's Verizon sim.

• I use NET 10 they bill auto to my Credit card and the unlimited rate is good for me. Never had a problem . My husband uses Tractphone and that also get auto billed to out Credit card and no problems. Had it that way for a few years.
