A:AnswerIt's not the color - the 199 deal is if you buy a service plan with it (activate now!"), and the 249 price is if you are just buying it as an unlocked phone without a plan (for instance, if you already have a plan).
A:AnswerYou probably found the answer by now, but I just bought one in Blush at the South Tampa store on Nov 9th, unlocked with 32gb. I am sooo in love too!
A:AnswerI cannot answer the question about the Indogo blue, but as far as accessories in the box you get the following:
SIM card removal tool.
USB-C cable.
Fast charge power adapter.
No earbuds.
Some Paperwork.
A:AnswerAny 128GB microSD card will work. I have a moto g6 and put in a SanDisk - Ultra Plus 128GB microSDXC UHS-I Memory Card If you want better performance, you could put in the Extreme Plus but you probably won't notice any difference. The g6 doesn't take high enough resolution pictures to push the card write speeds. If you are just taking pictures and watching movies, the Ultra Plus is great and the Extreme Plus is overkill.
A:AnswerIt will work if it is unlocked
It's a activation but some places you purchase the phone might require you to sign a contract so check into that part..
A:AnswerHi berjul, Thanks for your interest. This phone is unlocked and works with major carriers in the US. It would be best to contact this carrier to check if this phone will work with their service. -Jess
A:AnswerThe issue comes and goes wether there is a case on it or not could be scrolling Facebook or even just trying to open the phone with the swipe up. I did some searching online and there has been a bunch of threads of people complaining about this issue. It gets to be quite a pain. is there an update that can be done if not is this issue something that would be covered under warranty?
A:AnswerI am 84. My wife had a similar phone and was able to answer some questions for me. I did take a picture and made a call I didn't know I made, but I was able to figure it out.I don't consider myself good with electronics so I figure this has to be simple to operate.
A:AnswerI have the same phone and use AT&T. I don't know how to do that sort of thing myself. I took my new unlocked phone and my existing phone to AT&T and the man there swapped my phone over in a short time. I think they can swap the SIM card and that is about it. However, I also wanted my contacts and my photos and apps swapped over. They were able to do that for me. Good Luck!
A:AnswerHi Juanca019, thanks for your interest. We can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US Variant and has a different band. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. Also, we do not encourage customers buying a phone from a different country as the warranty and compatibility are limited to where it was purchased. -Anne
