QuestionMy Motorola-moto-g6-with-32gb-memory-cell-phone(unlocked) doesn't always ring with incoming calls. Tried to disable call forwarding setting but phone won't allow. I get "Call settings error message Network or SIM card error". Use AT&T. How can I fix it?

- Answer I honestly don't know. What happens to me is that the volume sometimes goes way down and I don't hear it ringing! Sometimes the light setting also goes down.

- Answer This one has the best chance of working with Canadian carriers. It works with all 4 carriers in the states which is quite unusual, you might check the bands your carrier uses versus the ones this one has to be sure as each carrier is different. But if I was a betting man I would bet that it has at least some of the bands (like it is missing band 71 for Tmobile but has the rest so there are certain spots in the US that it doesn't have coverage on versus a carrier specific phone.)

- Answer It should work with all carriers. It's unlocked for all major carriers borh CDMA (Sprint, Verizon, Boost, Virgin, etc.) & GSM (AT&T, T-Mobile Metro PCS which is a subsidiary of T-Mobile,.Cricket Wireless). We have Cricket and have had no issues with coverage. You can always contact Metro PCS just to make sure about the bands for 4G LTE coverage, but I think you shouldn't have any issues. It's a great phone. My wife loves it. Hope that helps.
