Yes, this has an FM tuner built in. It is dependent on your wired headphones to serve as an antenna. There is a built-in Motorola app for the FM tuner so you won't have to go looking for one in the Play store. Every Motorola phone that I've had including the E series have had FM tuners built in, also Nokia. If you are going to use a Bluetooth speaker or Bluetooth headset, you will still need to plug-in the wired headphones. I believe you can even get away by plugging in a headphone extension cable.
